My son Jackson (age three), my daughter Autumn (age seven), and I (Tina Watkins) were all in a car accident. No one was seriously hurt, but we all had our sore spots. Jackson complained of neck pain and headaches, and his shoulders were out of alignment. Autumn had whiplash and neck pain, and I had severe pain in my lower back, a stiff neck, and migraine headaches. I had taken ibuprofen but it didn't help.

My children have completely healed with no complaints, and I am pleased with the progress we've made with my back and neck pain. My migraine headaches have completely vanished. My children love going to the chiropractor.

During those nine weeks, my husband Keith witnessed our progress. He had disc problems and occasionally the side of his leg went numb. He had never been to a chiropractor and was leary of going to one, but seeing his family heal before his eyes convinced him. I would highly recommend chiropractic to anyone. I feel that it is much better to be healed naturally than with a lot of drugs. I have told my friends and family about what chiropractic did for us. I plan for my family and me to keep seeing Dr. Greenspan regularly because she has benefited all of us.
