For two years I had pain in my shoulders and
legs. I had trouble sleeping at night and difficulty working
during the day. I didn't know it at the time, but I had a vertebral
subluxation.
I went to an arthritis specialist. He prescribed
anti-inflamatory drugs. They had little effect.
My mother-in-law had once been successfully
treated by a chiropractor for pain in her back and legs. She
suggested that I should consult a chiropractor. I had never been
to a chiropractor before, and I was somewhat wary, but I took
my mother-in-law's advice.
After my first exam, I was excited. Dr. Greenspan
had found the problem and already began fixing it. She adjusted
my spine and prescribed back exercises, proper ways of resting,
and some light treadmill. After two weeks, I had no pain, I was
sleeping well, and no longer had difficulty working.
I've told my family and everyone I work with
about Dr. Greenspan. I recommend chiropractic to anyone who is
in pain. I also think people who are not in pain should get checked
out at least once a year.
